Why Tom Brady is the best player in the NFL
Since taking over as starting quarterback at the start of the decade, Tom Brady has proven time and time again that he is one of the best quarterbacks ever. He has set so many records that this article would be too long if he listed them all. Some of the records he holds include: most passing yards in a year, most passing touchdowns in a year, highest passer rating in a single game, etc.
While he has a great team around him, they wouldn’t be a 3-time Super Bowl champion without the player in the jersey that has Brady’s name on the back. The last year without him, the Patriots didn’t even make the playoffs. Since he’s healthy again this year, New England is on pace to make another run to the championship.
Brady was not a highly touted rookie out of Michigan and was not drafted until the sixth round. Although he was good in college, he didn’t open many eyes. Once he got a chance at her, he ran with her all the way to the Super Bowl. He then defeated a heavily favored Rams team that had Kurt Warner on it.
That’s how Brady’s legacy began and it’s been getting better ever since. A Tom Brady jersey is very popular in the New England area, as can be seen from all of his accomplishments. He should be able to get a few more rings before retiring too.
