Treasure Island Buffet in Las Vegas – Eat Well for a Reasonable Price – Full Buffet Review Here

Tours Travel

Why? First of all, for its setting and decoration. It is a far cry from the usual huge dining halls offering countless dishes and heavy traffic. This place is very different. It’s ideal if you want to experience high-quality, all-you-can-eat food in a place that will give you the impression of being in an eye-pleasing contemporary dining room with much smaller (and very pretty) rooms, decorated as if in a restaurant. Elegant). The table and chairs are dark wood, there are many paintings on the walls and other decorations that you would find in a real restaurant. You’ll love the atmosphere if you like ‘cozier’ settings. We liked it.

The food is delicious. Before I continue, the only drawback here is, of course, that you won’t find the plethora of dishes that you find in other great places to eat. However, the quality of their dishes is very good; It is a question of quality vs. amount here. If you like good quality fresh fruit and good salads this is a great option for you.

Another unique aspect of this little eating place is that many stations have ‘chefs’ who can and will prepare a fresh dish for you; fresh salad prepared for you according to the ingredients you prefer (much in the style of the much larger Cravings Eating place in the Mirage), for example, and even fresh sushi (a plate of fresh sushi will be prepared for you by the station boss) ! As you may know, sushi is often “stale” and bland at all of the Strip eating places, but with a fresh dish prepared for you here, you can enjoy it a little more.

One of our favorite stations is the sandwich and wrap station; the wraps are small but absolutely delicious, as good as you’d expect from an upscale restaurant; the combinations are also well thought out and of a high quality (such as brie and honey, roast beef with goat cheese, bacon and spinach with other high quality cheeses).

You’ll find good quality dishes like the ubiquitous ribs, boiled shrimp, fried seafood, and a reasonable variety of cuisines (Italian, sushi and other Japanese dishes, above-average Chinese dishes), as well as some very popular dessert options such as very good crème brûlée, caramelized custard, great freshly made mini donuts, chocolate covered strawberries and other items reminiscent of childhood like cupcakes and fresh cotton candy (which seems to be very popular).

Service is not as great as other all-you-can-eat establishments like Bellagio’s; in fact, it’s one of the few reasons we’ve given this excellent strip dining spot only 3.5 stars despite some truly delicious dishes and the utterly charming and welcoming atmosphere.
