You can change your relationship with pain, anxiety and stress, heal from trauma and PTSD, and find a sense of peace and inner calm. This set of educational audio tracks will introduce you to mindfulness meditation and teach you simple, profound tools that will decrease your pain and anxiety so you can open to change, forgiveness, and lovingkindness.

Our Accredited online mindfulness certification is fully recorded so you can do it at your own pace! We recommend dedicating about 4 hours per week to the course.

The program is designed to help you cultivate and deepen your own mindfulness, mindful eating and self-compassion practices – even as you learn to teach these skills to others. It also includes a thorough overview of the science behind mindfulness meditation and related studies as well as practical applications and approaches in daily life.

The Art of Mindful Living – Online Certification Course

This comprehensive eight-week program is a deeply healing, nourishing and transformative introduction to mindfulness practice and its integration into daily life. It is based on the nationally acclaimed Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) model and is accessible to people of all backgrounds and religions.

Mindful Eating Awareness Training is a foundational component of our online mindfulness teacher training and is rooted in NIH funded research on the benefits of mindful eating. It is a weight inclusive approach that addresses the common issues of emotional, stress and disordered eating patterns.

Susan is a mindfulness meditation and holistic wellness coach with over 30 years experience in leadership, management, training and development. She is certified in Health and Wellness Coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and teaches mindfulness as part of her holistic wellness programs. She is passionate about helping women in particular feel more confident, connected and empowered. Susan is committed to making the world a better place and believes in the power of mindfulness to make this happen.
