Naked Weddings – The Naked Facts

Relationship

According to the Roper Organization, some 54 million Americans have showered skinny with members of the opposite sex. There are more than 270 clubs and resorts in the United States that cater to nudists and naturists. The Wall Street Journal reported in 2003 that nude recreation in the United States has become a $ 400 million business.

Rustic nude colonies are a thing of the past, as is the embarrassment that often accompanied proclaiming yourself a nudist. These days, international travelers see that the world is more than willing to reap the benefits of life and recreation in the nude.

However, many nudists are unable to achieve one of their main goals in life in the nude – their own wedding. Although many of us wish to get married without clothes, there are few places that can satisfy our wishes. At least that is what the common belief has been.

When my wife and I got married, we wanted to have a nude ceremony. We decided to get married at a resort in Jamaica that had tremendous nudist facilities. However, when we arrived at the resort, we were told that the ceremony was to take place in the clothed or textile part of the resort. Although we were disappointed, many of our friends, who used nothing but towels, joined us to become husband and wife.

Fast forward a few years and I find myself living and working in Florida. I also discovered that in Florida, notaries can perform wedding ceremonies. I wish I had known that years ago. Now, suddenly, things have changed. Would it be possible to find a notary to perform a nude wedding? A nude wedding, performed by a competent and experienced Florida notary public, should be extremely affordable. You just have to keep looking until you find one.

Nude weddings should cost only $ 20 to be officiated by a true nude notary. Instead of spending between $ 500 and $ 6000 or more on a dress, the cost of wedding clothing at a nude wedding is $ 0.

If you measure American culture by what we see on television, you would imagine every woman as a Bridezilla, spending thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars for a dress that will only be worn once. I suggest that people at least explore the possibility of getting married naked. Now we know that any notary in Florida can perform a wedding. The cost should be just $ 20. Save money on your clothes and spend it on your honeymoon, donate it to Habitat for Humanity or a local food bank, or make a down payment on a house. Join the millions of Americans who have enjoyed nude recreation and make your wedding day meaningful to you.
