Eternity and a conscious life

Some say that the liberation of the soul from deep-seated mental and emotional states takes many lifetimes. When written or talked about in general, the practicality of these words is never adequately qualified in any relatable way. Therefore, through misinterpretation, the original intention associated with “many lives” and “rebirth” has been very misrepresented through a misunderstanding.

This article tries to qualify these terms by placing them in a practical and identifiable environment.

The general understanding in this area of rebirth and many lifetimes is that if a soul, during its terrestrial life, did not spiritually comply with the laws or rules of Nature – action and reaction – that this is considered a legitimate reason for that. the soul to be reborn again on earth, therefore, it will get further purification towards the final liberation of the soul from repetitive rebirth.

So let’s focus on this last sentence and see what it reveals through the lens of the immortal Bhagavad-Gita.

Gita chapter 6-45 says:

“But the yogi who strives with zeal, purified from all sin and perfected through many births, then reaches the transcendent goal.”

When the Bhagavad-Gita refers to many births, it does not refer to many lives as in many more rebirths of the physical womb as such. Therefore, although many lives in the womb are indeed required for an individual soul to attain final liberation, many rebirths in the womb are not a numerical requirement in all situations, as we will see.

The question therefore arises: when ARE many lives and many rebirths in one sense, and NOT many lives and rebirths in another? In other words, even though each of us has accumulated many lives, what criterion ultimately decides when ‘many lives’ have been achieved and rebirth is no longer required?

For example, if we had said or heard 100 or 1000 lifetimes ago, or more, that liberation of the soul takes many, many lifetimes, would one now assume that one is spiritually awake and liberated from repeated rebirths on earth?

If we accept that it takes many, many lives to attain final purification, then we must evaluate this acceptance against where we are spiritually today, given all of our previous life experiences. In other words, we are making some progress.

Therefore ‘many lives’ and ‘rebirth’ have two simultaneous avenues of use, literally and metaphysically, and knowing their esoteric difference is vital as we journey towards eternal unity with the Divine.

Gaining pure existence

Due to unintegrated emotional thought patterns within the deeper physiology, the principle of repetitive rebirth of the uterus makes perfect sense. On the contrary, many ‘ordinary’ people, in the everyday market, have actually achieved integration, liberation, through the process of meditation, more specifically, meditation of transcendence, the state of consciousness that nullifies and neutralizes karmic patterns. residuals of ‘sin’, causal of rebirth. .

Due to the cessation of the individual existence of the “I” “mine” during the transcendence, the understanding, therefore, with respect to many lives, is that, each transcendence in meditation is equivalent to a life, a rebirth; equivalent to being reborn again, now, sitting in the chair. So in the context of liberation that takes many lifetimes, it simply means repeating many, many meditation sessions, gaining transcendence, thus achieving pure Existence, that is, a conscious life in this life.

Spiritual intellect

Transcendence is a very subtle and refined activity that transforms the human animal paradigm into a state of pure consciousness based on spirituality, known in Eastern traditions as no-mind, or Samadhi, Nirnava.

As the deeper mind begins to open up, in meditation, the soul spiritual qualities of unconditional love and divine consciousness begin to emerge within, and practical spiritual progress, while spiritually asleep, can take many physical lifetimes. to make it.

From this perspective, for a committed meditator, liberation is about living a fully conscious, egoless life through a decontaminated soul, expressing the post-meditative nature in each of our thoughts, words, and actions through a deep-rooted awareness. compassionate love.

Many meditations thus neutralize the unconscious content, the thought patterns that do not serve the soul and that lodge in the deeper mind as a consequence of previous lives based on ignorance; whose ‘lodgings’, through meditation, are devalued, inhabited, lose potential as an automatic response dynamic in our daily life.

As these toxic deposits begin to lose money, Life, in its true pure abundance, begins to focus on a blissful focus around us. The internal and the external begin to harmoniously reflect each other as a conscious relationship with the Divine, with eternity.

This is when the mind, nervous system and the five senses begin to cultivate to resist happiness and purity, when the physiology of the organism is really experiencing the divine, living divinely in the pure awareness of the present moment.

Hence the biblical words: “heaven and earth” – mind-body – are full of your glory “- established in purity.

Consciousness continues

Since our consciousness continues eternally, it is vital that the soul attains its highest state of purity now, in this life, as a conscious life.

Therefore, establishing purity in the deepest mind becomes imperative, when the new ‘seeds of desire’ fail to register deep impressions in the mind for any future recreation, dynamics that did not belong while in spiritual ignorance.

Stress is essentially what maintains spiritual ignorance, the cause of sustaining the dynamics of the unconscious content.

It becomes clear that conscious and unconscious are not two separate minds as such. The unconscious [mind] as stated above, it represents non-conscious content, the mountain of sin gained over many lives based on ignorance.

This dynamic remains until such content becomes conscious: integrated into a conscious life, when human consciousness is oriented in cosmic consciousness.

Therefore, the purpose of daily meditation is to neutralize this dense unconscious layer that presents itself as ‘I’ ‘mine’ ‘I do this, I do that’ identity, whose delusional identification has ruined our consciousness and stifled spiritual growth in each rebirth. .

Meditation produces a thinning of this false identity until finally consciousness is clear enough to reflect the eternal divine nature: when the soul is ready for pure Existence: pure immaterial Consciousness while still in a material body.

Since we have ALREADY “ timed ” many lives, and that ultimately liberation IS through human life on earth and not elsewhere, let’s look at the practical mechanism that dissolves the cyclical production of clouds of sin. : the veil of ignorance that keeps the soul in bondage; therefore, the final liberation in a single life, this life, if we so decided, consciously.

Knowing ALL-Now – Now

The physical universe is expanding at so many millions of miles per second, and it will do so forever.

In relation to the human soul, then, what does the expansion of the universe reflect? It reflects that each of us is a microcosm of the Macrocosm, a seed within a Seed of endless growth.

The Bible says: “go forward and multiply”, that is, expand or increase in consciousness of bliss, in capacity for love; expand beyond human limitation and spiritual blindness into the all-seeing, all-loving, omnipotent consciousness. In other words, the soul is not designed for inertia or restriction in divine expression. Therefore, the more the soul expresses love, the more love multiplies, expands within consciousness.

Speaking in practical terms, then, how do we set in motion the expansion of love, how does the soul multiply to the limitless capacity of love to express itself?

The answer is, by becoming “minimal” in the mind, reducing to “point” consciousness, or zero ego.

In other words, the opposite of ‘minimum’ or ‘point’ is infinity, eternity.

The process of expansion of loving consciousness is triggered by the contraction of the conscious mind to the “point.”

To become as such is to appear on the threshold of infinity.

Therefore, the fusion with the point ego (or zero ego) establishes the conscious awareness of pure transcendental silence, through which purified or perfected love encounters the natural internal / external expansion of love, simultaneously. At this level of consciousness, a “gap” between the inner and the outer is not perceived. All is One, all is Now – the only conscious life.

The following can help clarify awareness of the “point” in focus.

In Vedic literature, the letter ‘A’ plays an important role in self-realization. Thus, the sacred word Atma – or Soul – refers to ‘At mA, which means that’ A ‘is in mA or, the soul is at the eternal point and at infinity simultaneously.

Within the formation of ‘A’ you can see how the extension of infinity merges to become a point. Upon coming into contact with this point ‘A’ in the mind, the consciousness expands towards infinity, to collapse again at the point, to explode again at infinity, an event that can happen repeatedly in a single meditation.

Thus, by training the contracting mind to zero point in daily meditation, the expansion of consciousness, of love, is easily achieved.

Point ‘A’ thus contains the sacred ‘Ingredient’ that awakens the ability of the human soul to remember eternal consciousness.

Both the point and infinity contain the eternal memory of each other.

But, while this is so, this cosmic state remains only potential. It remains latent within each human being until it is activated in the mind between the eyebrows where the point is located: the pineal gland. Without a “point” of contact, then human knowledge lacks the dimension of divine wisdom, in addition to the inability of the intellect to spiritually discern or grasp a higher understanding.

The audible sound AAAAHHH represents the sound of ecstasy, bliss or GAAAD. When this joyous sound reverberates silently through the mind at a point of contact, in meditation, we are on our way to achieving that endless single conscious life.

The vibratory AAAHHH emits waves of bliss in the deepest mind that germinate the eternal Seed of Love of the soul in the healing, in the lifting of the veil – of sin – suppressing the latent potential of the soul, whose healing takes place on a divine level .

Similarly, the words Samadhi and Nirvana, when decomposed, contain an “A” vibratory point, the sacred resonance of “spiritual birth” within consciousness.

While ‘A’ represents the New Beginning, ‘A’ also contains the All-Now, that is, all that Is, Was and Will be, the potential that awaits each soul to obtain liberation from the slavery of sin.

Meditation is an ancient tradition that predates all major religions, and is best done sitting while silently listening to the sound of the sacred mantra, Aum.
