Push-ups to lose weight and muscle mass

How do push-ups burn fat? They burn fat in two different ways. To burn fat more efficiently and quickly, you should try to use an exercise that works many muscles at once.

For most fitness gurus, this goes against everything they are taught in the classroom. These ideas have been proven time and again to work.

Most people would never think of using pushups as a way to burn fat, well think again. The more muscles you use at the same time, the more calories and fat you will burn at a faster rate.

So let me explain how pushups will burn fat and build lean muscle at a rapid rate. Number one, doing push-ups puts a lot of muscles into play. Legs, upper back, lumbar abs, chest, shoulders, lats, triceps, biceps, neck and forearms. So I mentioned almost the whole body and not many exercises are that complete.

Number two is that push-ups are like sprinting: they train the anaerobic system, not the aerobic system. Anaerobic means “without oxygen”, which means that you are out of breath in just a few seconds.

There are only a few bodyweight exercises that will force the body like push-ups. Sprints ,. Jumping rope, doing burpees just to name a few, which means that any of these exercises can only be done for a couple of minutes without having to stop and catch your breath.

Push-ups trained as sprints will pay off big. Which means that when you run you can run for 15 to 30 seconds, rest, and repeat for several sprints. You don’t see a lot of fat sprinters out of shape. Sprints are almost always lean and muscular.

You can get the same great results using the same concept with push-ups. Short, quick bursts that will train your system in much the same way as sprints.

As difficult as running for 15 to 20 seconds is trying to do the same with push-ups Try push-ups as fast as possible for 15 to 20 seconds, rest 30 seconds and try to keep the pace for as long as possible and tell me how your body feels that won Your body does not take long to want to give up. But instead of stopping like in sprints, the more sprints in a workout, the slower the times get. But instead of stopping when you’re tired and out of breath and your muscles want to stop, try doing half push-ups, that is, go down halfway and keep pushing – it’s hard.

Compare the body of a runner and the body of a sprinter; Then compare someone who trains push-ups to the gym rat who spends his time doing bench exercises and standing in front of the mirror doing curls. The sprinter and the man who trains with push-ups, who do you think is in better shape? Now this is not always the case, but more than is almost always the case.

Try the above concept and let me know how you feel. Hell, you can even test a little speed with push-ups, try this for every run you try push-ups with it. If you run for 10 seconds, walk 10 seconds, do push-ups for 10 seconds. It is up to you to have fun with it.
